The first day I went to the beach, it was a sea of people, blankets and umbrellas. The colors were incredible and over the next month, I attempted to capture my first impression.

I found myself doing a series of studies. With each attempt, I reduced the elements until I felt I that I was telling the "story" with the least amount of "words".
