Animals. Surprise! I don't have a favorite animal - nope, not even tigers. I like all the animals.

Music. Soul, funk, Whitney Houston, Eric Clapton, Toni Braxton, and INXS. And Celine Dion - I adore her music! That Titanic song is so sad.

Ways to relax. Sometimes I go back to the animal compound and just watch the animals themselves relax and play with each other. I also like to watch TV (surprise -- Animal Planet is my favorite channel!), go to the movies, and just talk with my friends.

Pets. No, not an ocelot or a python or a wombat - nothing unusual or exotic. Just my cocker spaniel, Shan, who is such a sweetheart.

Goals. I would love to be able to have the kind of impact on animal training and care in the years ahead that Gunther Gebel-Williams has had in his amazing lifetime. To be able to raise people's awareness of animal-human cooperation and loving animal care is an important and wonderful thing."

Siegfried & Roy This site includes an online visit to their Secret Garden, plus information on white tigers.

Sports. I don't participate in any sports - it's tough when you're on the road so much - but I do enjoy watching tennis now and then. The speed, the reflexes...when a great player reaches out with a racquet, it's like when a tiger reaches out with a paw - fast!

People. My parents and my sister, of course -- they've encouraged me in the profession I love. Also people like Gunther Gebel-Williams and Jack Hanna, who really get people thinking about what it's like to live on this planet with the animals we all love."

Languages.
Spanish - I don't speak it, but I love hearing it. The languages I do speak include English, French, German, and Swiss German (like regular German, but different enough to count as a separate one). And of course, I hear all kinds of languages from the performers: Chinese, Bulgarian, you name it. It's one of the best things about my job.

Clothes. Platform shoes - love 'em! Jumpers when I'm feeling dressy. And just a good old pair of jeans and a T-shirt when I'm working with the tigers.

Foods. Chinese - but I've gotta be careful so I can keep fitting into my performance clothes! Plus my mom's cooking. (Hi, Mom.)

Movies. Well, not one favorite movie, but a favorite kind of movie: musicals. Especially My Fair Lady (isn't it "loverly"?) and Grease ("is the word is the word is the word").
